Register for The Vigilant Retreat 2026

The Vigilant Retreat is for Young Adult Catholics in the Charlotte area (ages 21-39, married and single, male and female). It will be happening April 17-19, 2026 at the Catholic Conference Center in Hickory, NC-- this is our 5th annual retreat and this year's theme is "Our Daily Bread." 

 

Waitlist & Commuter Registration are currently open. Commuter spots can be secured immediately (full retreat experience minus lodging) following form submission and payment completion, while Standard Registration is on Waitlist status now as we are currently at capacity. Please fill out the form below, however, and we will notify you if a spot opens up! Note that your spot is not reserved until payment is made.

Lodging Option
WAITLIST: Individual (you will share a room w/ 1 same-gender retreatant) [$200]
WAITLIST: Married Couple (you will have the room to yourselves) *Both spouses need to register separately* [$200 each]
COMMUTER: No overnight lodging, all other retreat benefits included [$160]

Each room includes two comfortable double beds and a private restroom.

Some retreatants may be assigned to the St. Francis House, located next to the main building. This space offers individual beds in a shared, community-style setting with shared bathrooms.

We will thoughtfully assign roommates and do our best to accommodate any requests.

To help accommodate more retreatants, I’m willing to share a double/full bed if needed. If this arrangement is used, a $25 refund will be applied to my registration fee.

If you selected a Waitlist option, please hold off on paying until someone from our team reaches out to confirm you have a spot. If you selected the Commuter option, please pay your retreat dues immediately. Your spot is not reserved until you submit this payment.
